The staff is selected not only for qualifications but also for work experience, professionally trained to be able to operate and manage the operation of the plant.

Technology Process

Two main workshops of the factory production system include:

- Workshop for precision mechanics & cold rolling.

- Workshop for manufacturing ceiling, drywall, suspension rod and slitting line, with a completely closed process from the fabrication of roller, slitting, cold rolling to the production of the ceiling, drywall and accessories.

At present, the company attaches special importance to the development of PLC automatic technology for the production and application of CNC technology such as lathe, milling, CNC wire cutting into the precise detail processing and machine fabrication. In addition, with the desire to create stable products to meet the market demand and diversity of products, the company always pays attention to the quality control of input and output, process control as well as an application of 5S, Kaizen processes into the production system.
